尺寸1、材料直徑
Size 1, material diameter
成品鏈環(huán)的任一截面的材料直徑應(yīng)等于名義尺寸，其公差應(yīng)符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。測(cè)量時(shí)，應(yīng)取同一截面內(nèi)互相垂直的兩次測(cè)量結(jié)果的平均值。測(cè)量時(shí)應(yīng)避開焊縫，且在鏈環(huán)直邊上，避免由于鏈條芯模接觸引起截面的變形影響測(cè)量結(jié)果。
The material diameter of any section of the finished chain link shall be equal to the nominal dimension, and its tolerance shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. During the measurement, the average value of two measurement results perpendicular to each other in the same section shall be taken. The welding seam shall be avoided during the measurement, and the deformation of the section caused by the contact of the chain core die shall not affect the measurement result on the straight edge of the chain link.

熱處理及工藝處理完畢，成品鏈條應(yīng)經(jīng)受相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的制造驗(yàn)證力。試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)符合附錄A的要求。鏈條放入試驗(yàn)機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)無(wú)扭轉(zhuǎn)。驗(yàn)證力除去后，應(yīng)由勝任者仔細(xì)檢驗(yàn)，更換不合格的鏈環(huán)。當(dāng)撥動(dòng)鏈條時(shí)，鏈條應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。

When the surface treatment process such as pickling or electroplating is adopted, the chain is in danger of brittleness. The manufacturing verification force shall be applied to the finished chain again. Suitable equipment and lighting shall be provided to verify the chain after application of the verification force.

任何接人的鏈環(huán)應(yīng)進(jìn)行處理以保證成品鏈條中的每個(gè)鏈環(huán)具有同樣狀態(tài)。如果鏈環(huán)在施加制造驗(yàn)證力后接入，則受接入處理影響的那部分鏈條應(yīng)重新經(jīng)受制造驗(yàn)證力和檢驗(yàn)。
