鋼筋對(duì)焊機(jī)是廣泛用于鋼筋縱向連接及預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋與螺絲端桿的焊接。鋼筋對(duì)焊機(jī)的原理是利用對(duì)焊機(jī)使兩端鋼筋接觸,通過(guò)低電壓的強(qiáng)電流,待鋼筋被加熱到一定溫度變軟后,進(jìn)行軸向加壓頂鍛,形成對(duì)焊接頭。鋼筋閃光對(duì)焊工藝常用的連續(xù)閃光焊、預(yù)熱閃光焊和閃光-預(yù)熱-閃光焊。對(duì)Ⅳ級(jí)鋼筋有時(shí)在焊接后還進(jìn)行通電熱處理。
鋼筋對(duì)焊機(jī)主要是利用工件對(duì)口接觸電阻產(chǎn)生熱量加熱工件,金屬表面熔化,溫度梯度大,熱影響區(qū)比較小。
焊縫是在工件對(duì)口固相金屬產(chǎn)生塑性變性條件下,形成共同晶粒。焊縫組織、成分接近基本金屬(或者經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理),比較容易獲得等強(qiáng)等塑焊接接頭。
閃光過(guò)程具有排出空氣,降低金屬氧化的自保護(hù)功能。頂鍛還能將氧化物隨液體金屬排出焊縫之外。焊縫夾雜、未焊透等缺陷較少。
閃光過(guò)程具有較強(qiáng)的自調(diào)節(jié)功能,對(duì)嚴(yán)格保持規(guī)范一致性要求較低,焊接質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。單位焊接截面積需要電功率小,焊接低碳鋼只需(0.1-0.3)KVA/mm2電功率。
焊接生產(chǎn)率高,焊接一個(gè)接頭只需幾秒至幾十秒。
焊接適用范圍廣,原則上能鍛造的金屬材料都可以用閃光對(duì)焊焊接。例如低碳鋼、高碳鋼、合金鋼、不銹鋼等有色金屬及合金都可以用閃光對(duì)焊機(jī)。
焊接截面積范圍大,一般從幾十至幾萬(wàn)mm2截面積都能焊接。
